Exquisite arrangement, even better than the photo! The flowers were just-picked fresh, they were delivered on the date promised, and the recipient was thrilled to bits! Top-notch florist. You can't go wrong here.

I've been coming here for years. And as long as I live in this area this is where I'll go for all my plant and flower needs. The staff is friendly and there selections are always fresh. Be mindful that like any other flower shops, big holidays like mother's day will be busy or sold out of alot of popular arrangements or roses etc. But calling ahead of time for them to set aside something for you will guarantee your arrangement. They have their own parking lot that's shared with a Starbucks. BUT! they have spots reserved specifically for the flower shop.

My experience was EXCELLENT. My mom’s flowers were so beautiful, beyond what I expected. They delivered same day and even called me to notify me nobody was home and asked what I wanted to do. Highly recommend American Flowers.

I ordered flowers from here twice, and on both occasions the bouquet was gorgeous and full. While they're more expensive than "store-bought" flowers, it was definitely worth it for a special occasion. Mo also deserves special recognition. I ordered flowers ahead of time for pickup immediately at open for the business on a Sunday and he not only prepared them ahead of time, but he immediately dropped what he was doing to grab it for me. It was an excellent bouquet! Thanks Mo!

I’ve been going to American Flowers for years and for the first time today, I met the owner! I didn’t know it was him, I walked in and he offered to make me a bouquet. Not knowing it was the owner, I quickly looked around and found the lady that normally makes my bouquets, but she was eating lunch. What I loved was that even though she stopped everything to make me the gorgeous arrangement shown here in the photos, he insisted that she not stop, and take her moments to rest and get her meal, showing me that he truly cared for this lady who has made my arrangements for years! I loved that! And even though I could stop the review right here, which displays an owners care and love for his employee, the real reason I’m sharing is because I drive all the way over from Westchester just to get his flowers. They are simply the best. Not only do they never disappoint in terms of how vibrant and beautiful they are, but they are the only flowers that stay alive longer than 2 days! If you buy flowers regularly, you know what I’m talking about. There’s nothing wrong with grabbing an arrangement from Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods…I’m guilty of it because it’s convenient and to be honest, they’re cheap. But they always die within 2-3 days. Even the farmers market flowers die in just 2-3 days. Abraham and his flowers here at American flowers…they last minimum 2 weeks! So if you want an amazing human experience PLUS getting the best flowers, please don’t think twice, don’t hesitate, go to Abraham at American flowers! I guarantee you will not regret it.

I've often passed by this shop on my road bike from Culver City to Venice Beach. Today, I'm happy to have stopped by, where I purchased a few individual red roses. Mo was there. He was kind enough to ask me if I needed the stems trimmed and the flowers wrapped. I must say, even at a glance, I could see the quality of my new flowers is amazing. The color of the pedals is vibrant. The petals are a strong green. And the stems are strong. Also, the price for individual flowers was only $5. Thank you, Mo, for caring about your roses. - Zoey

They go above and beyond when it matters the most. Their work tells the whole story, very talented designs, and friendly service throughout the process. I came in with my own vase and some design inspiration for a special arrangement and they came up with a design that was even better than I could have hoped. Highly recommended.

Being on the East Coast while my daughter is on the West Coast, it’s hard to find a florist you can truly trust. American Flowers exceeded my expectations. The customer service was amazing, and the arrangement was absolutely beautiful — exactly what I ordered. Most importantly, it made my daughter’s day. Highly recommend!
